The Right Team for Every Event
Staffing recommendations tailored to your guest count and service style.
Every event has different staffing needs. For buffet-style service, we typically recommend one server for every 20 guests. For seated or plated service, we recommend one server for every 10 guests. Events with six or more staff members may also benefit from a captain to help coordinate the team and keep service running smoothly.
